By using Lumiqe, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Service Description

Lumiqe provides AI-powered color analysis by processing uploaded selfies to determine your color season, palette, and personalized recommendations. Results are provided as guidance and should not be considered professional styling advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. Accounts found to be in violation of these terms may be terminated without notice.

4. Payments & Refunds

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as specified at checkout. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: uploading inappropriate content, attempting to circumvent rate limits, scraping data, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lumiqe is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.
